Watch: How a SecuroMesh Fence Is Installed
20 October 2026

Whether you buy supply-only or have us install, it helps to know how a SecuroMesh fence goes in. Our new 3½-minute installation film follows a 2.1 m fence with 76 × 12.7 mm mesh on SecuroMesh T-posts, step by step.
The method in brief
- Mark the line with a string line and peg posts at 3,060 mm centres (1,530 mm on slopes, with panels cut and touched up).
- Dig holes 300 × 300 × 600 mm deep, by mini digger and auger or by hand.
- Fix each panel to its post on the ground with pressed security clamps and security tek screws, or cup square bolts with shear nuts.
- Stand each panel-and-post set in its hole, brace it with timber stays and fix the next set to it.
- Check plumb and line, then concrete with 25–30 MPa concrete and remove the stays the next day.
- The pedestrian gate arrives as one unit, ready to stand, fix and concrete.
